Hello Mann Families,
As we prepare for the upcoming winter season, I wanted to make you aware of a few things. We try to make sure all students are receiving some type of physical activity daily. We plan to go outside if the weather is not in the single digits with or without windchill; warming centers will be available for students. Please make sure your student is dressed appropriately and all clothing items are labeled. Dressing your child in layers and having a change of shoes will help ensure comfort both indoors and outdoors.
Please do not send cough drops, medications, vitamins and/or ointments of any kind in backpacks or on a child's person. These items must be stored in the health office with a doctor’s order. Exceptions for medication on a child's person: epipen and asthma inhaler (also with appropriate paperwork). Please contact the nurse for forms you might need.
